There are many ways you need to check to see if your sources are quality sources.  1. look is the website that you are on.  Is it a trustworty source if you are unsure if it is keep going through this checklist and if it is a trustworthy source or you beleive it to be also continue with the checklist.  2. Is the authors name and credentials presented on the page?  3. do the credentials relate to the subject that the page talks about Example if a person with a masters in the liberal arts is trying to explain how to wire a car chances are they are not as knowledgable as someone that went to school to become an auto technition.  4. Do they cite sources of the information they have on their webpage?  5. If that is the only place you can find a particualr peice of information chances are it is false though not in every case.
